The Norwegian Diplomatic Mission in Kyiv was opened in 1992. The Embassy is situated in the historical heart of Kyiv, vul. Striletska, 15.
The Embassy is headed by H. E. Mr. Jon Elvedal Fredriksen, Ambassador of Norway to Ukraine and Belarus.
Embassy opening hours are: 09.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday. Lunch break from 13.00 till 14.00.
The Visa Section in vul. Yaroslaviv Val. 38 is open from 10.00 till 12.00 for lodging visa applications, from 14.00 till 15.00 (local time) for telephone enquiries. Passports and visas can be collected at 10, 11 and 12 AM at the Visa Section. For information on visa procedures, check here.
