Accreditation of tourist agencies 2015
15.04.2015 // During April 2015 the Embassies of Denmark, Finland and Norway in Ukraine will receive applications from tourist agencies for re-accreditation in 2015.
Applications must be submitted by 30 April 2015 to the Embassy of the country to which the agency sends the majority of tourists. There are few changes in the accreditation procedure:
- The accreditation form has been updated. The new form can be found here.
- As a main rule the Nordic Embassies of Denmark, Finland and Norway will not accept applications from new tourist agencies. Individual exceptions might be possible.
- The Embassy of Sweden in Ukraine is not participating in the accreditation procedure for 2015.
Please note:
- All current accreditations are valid until May 2015 - until the reviewing of re-accreditation applications for 2015 is finalized.
- New re-accreditation will be valid for one year.
- Only one application is needed to be re-accredited at the three Nordic Embassies provided that your company has partner agencies in all three countries.
- Application form must be filled out in English. All questions must be answered.
- The re-accreditation consideration process will take place in May 2015.
- Tourist agencies need to submit documentation of any relevant changes compared to the year 2014. For example:
- Documentation of any new partner agencies in the Nordic countries
- Changes in accountable staff
- Documentation of renewed registration with Ukrainian authorities, if previous registration was for a limited period
- Other relevant documents
