Please note that the passport or the residence permit in Ukraine should be valid for three months beyond the intended stay in Norway, and that there should be at least two empty pages especially assigned for visa and/or permit stickers.
The Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kyiv issues Schengen visas to citizens and residents of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova for travel to Norway. We also handle applications for work, study and residence permits. Such applications are received at the Embassy and forwarded electronically for processing by the Norwegian immigration authorities (Directorate of Immigration, UDI).
A visa is a permit to enter and stay in Norway for a limited period of time. Citizens of Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus require a valid visa when entering Norway.

The 25 member states are Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
By agreement, the Embassy of France in Minsk is authorized to issue Schengen visas to Norway for citizens and residents of the Republic of Belarus.
