Information for Belarusian citizens on visa to Norway.
Norway does not have a diplomatic mission in Belarus. The Norwegian Embassy in Kiev is thus accredited to Belarus.
Belarusian citizens that will apply for a short term visitors visa to Norway is requested to lodge the application at the French Embassy in Minsk. The applications will be handled in accordance with French/Schengen rules. The Embassy in Kiev is not involved in the French Embassy's processing of visa. Should the French Embassy not be able to issue a visa, a formal rejection will not be given to the applicant. The Belarusian applicant will be informed that he may lodge a new visa application at the Embassy in Kiev.
