Information regarding accreditation for travel agencies

Last updated: 28/12/2011 //

in Ukrainian

The Nordic Embassies in Ukraine will from 01.01.2012 start receiving applications from travel agencies wanting (re)accreditation at the Nordic Embassies.
From January 2012 the Nordic Embassies in Kiev (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden) will again start to receive applications for a common accreditation list for travel agencies.

This implies the following:
Only one application is needed to be accredited at all the four Nordic Embassies. Your company must have a partner agency in the country where you seek accreditation.
The accreditation process will take place in January-February. There will be no possibilities to apply for accreditation after this period. The last possible day to apply is 28.02.2012.
All current accreditations expire 31 March 2012. New accreditation will be valid form 1 April 2012 for a 1-year period.
If your travel agency wants to apply for accreditation, you must call one of the Nordic Embassies during their telephone hours and make an appointment for submitting the application and the supporting documents.
Please be aware that a small interview will take place in connection with submitting the application for accreditation. This applies mostly to agencies which are new and/or unknown to the Embassies.
Travel Agencies may submit application to the Embassy which is most convenient for them.

List of supporting documents to be enclosed:
(All documents must be translated to English)
  1. Application form
  2. Statistics of tourists who applied for a Schengen visa at the Nordic Embassies (please make separate statistics for each of the Embassies) during 2011
