The funding will be allocated from chapter 164.73 of the aid budget.
The main objectives of the grant scheme are democratic and social development in Ukraine.
The Embassy will give priority to projects within these thematic areas:
- rule of law, good governance, democracy and human rights;
- energy efficiency and reform of the energy sector;
- trade facilitation, private sector development and European integration.
Projects conducted by, or in cooperation with, Norwegian or international NGOs or other international organizations would be considered as an advantage.
The projects will be evaluated based on the project relevance and thematic area.
