Inquiries about the status of the application etc.:
The Visa Section is open 10.00-12.00 for submitting applications for visa and residence permit and collecting of passports. Telephone inquiries will be answered during the Visa Section's telephone hours 14.00-16.00. The applicant and his/her appointed proxy may inquire about the application. Reference persons without proxy will not be informed by the Embassy.
Applications sent to the Directorate of Immigration should be directed to the Directorate of Immigration, not the Embassy.
Any inquiry must be identified by the reference number of the application.
