Grants and projects
The Embassy funds a number of projects in Ukraine. Grants are channeled through trusted partners such as the Council of Europe, different UN organizations represented in Ukraine and Norwegian, international and Ukrainian non-governmental organizations. Norway supports Ukraine’s reform efforts with particular emphasis on good governance, human rights, the rule of law, anti-corruption measures and energy efficiency.

The total support for 2015 is approximately NOK 310 mill which is equivalent to EUR 36.35 mill. The main purpose of Norway’s support to Ukraine is to support the Ukrainian government in its efforts to implement reforms. Read more
